I am looking for a new bow and i would like to know what the amo speed is and how it differs from ibo speed

Amo is shot from the bow at 60lbs and a 30 inch draw with 540 grain arrow, Ibo is shot at 70lbs 30 inch draw at 5 grains per pound = 350 grain arrow.
