I have never had this problem before but, i bought my wife a mathews ignition and i cant get the top pin to sight at 20 yards it will not move low enough. i have moved the entire body of the sight as low as possible. she has to use the second pin adjusted all the way down against the 3rd pin at the bottom just to shoot it at 20 yards. Im thinking ill just have to try a diff sight. Any suggestions?

This happens a lot so all you have to do is think about it a little. Raise the peep in the string which will force her to lower her anchor point. Lowering the anchor lowers the back end of the sight radius (string) and makes the bow shoot higher. How much to move it is just trial and error till you get the results you're looking for.
