I just purchased a new Buck Shot #20 - #30 for my daughter.
The bow only goes down to #28, the dealer said it is probably miss marked.
My question is, is the string installed proper. When I set the draw lenght at the 25" draw notch it draws 26".
If you look at the first picture the string loop is connected at the first notch, there is a second notch behind it. Should the string loop be connected to the second notch. From what I understand if the string is longer the poundage will go up, and with the string connected this way it is in effect making it longer.
If the limbs are suppose to be #20 -#30 and this is making the bow #30 -#40 will it damage the limbs leaving it this way.
Please show me a picture of one connected proper.
Thank you
Sterling
