This might sound like a very stupid question, but it took me 2 years to get my wife to try archery. This weekend I finally got her to shoot and now she loves it. The only down fall is she is a Californian city girl and I'm from oklahoma, anyways she wants a pink compound bow. I have looked everywhere and cannot find anything of the sort. I know your probably laughing your heads off right now as I am too writing this, but if it gets her into the sport I'll take the embarassment. If anyone could please help I would greatly appreciate it.

This is going off the top of my head, but if memory serves me correctly, none of the bow companies have offer pink as a choice in there target bows. I would suggest going out the the websites for Bow Tech, Hoyt, and Mathews and let her see the target colors they offer.

I'm new here also. I just wanted to add, if she want's a Pink bow, you might be able to contact the company and see if they would special paint one for her.
Not laughing at her choice in colors. It is as you said, if it get's her into Archery, and you can do it together. I say, Go For It.. :)

You could probably do this with the riser, but the fiberglass limbs... that is a scary thought :eek:

Yeah, you can paint just about everything except the limbs. You can also have the cams taken off by a shop owner if you want those painted as well.

Can't say as I can help you with the bow but I make custom quivers in prettier colors for women. So if you find a bow you can get a quiver to match. I know I have seen some really pretty bows around, just never paid much attention to the brand, I will ask some of the women on the women hunters website and see what they think.

Not to change the color on yeah but as for somthing close the Mathews color black cherry (believe that is what it is called) borders on pink. or magenta anyway, and I think you can get the mustang or classic in it. just saw the classic a couple of nights ago in bluberry and it was sweet looking.
