So this shoot is pretty quickly approaching and I'm sure stuff will start filling up soon. Do we want to start making our plans and laying out everything?

We have a large format printer but it only prints on paper, not vinyl. I could make a sign and send it to Smokes since it sounds like he'll be the first one there but if the weather is bad it would fall apart pretty quickly.

In all honesty I wouldn't count on coverage being very good in that area. I can confirm that T-Mobile has no coverage in that area.

I'm probably going to work a half day on Thursday and drive part of the way and stay in a hotel or camp so I'm not wiped out Friday night. Sounds like there is going to be some fun whipped up and I don't want to miss that.

Is anyone bringing canopies or tarps in case the weather is crappy ?

I'm thinking what we need to do is put together a list of stuff and 'socialize' it around to everyone to get an idea of what people are bringing. Maybe we should initiate a yahoo mail group with our email addresses or something like that. You know, make sure the bases are covered but not bring too much stuff like 12 grills between us or anything like that.

Anyone have any ideas ? Exchange email addresses via PM-ing or set up a Yahoo mail group ?

Yeah man, I am just 1 mile from I-81 and it is a straight shoot up ta pa and then only a few miles ta tha campground. We will probably stop in New market ta see tha battle field that tha Cadets from VMi fought on and tha museum dedicated ta them. would only be tha 4th time there. love it.

Looks like it is about 365 mi from here and about 7 hours pullin a camper.

Ya know Kbo we are goin to another country. we better had be good cause I ain't got no passport and I sure ain't gonna git no national ID so them fellars can keep a close tab on where iam every minute. they are gonna have a chip in em ,RFID, that lets them satillites track me.

Gonna try to make it. I saw the list of camp supplies. No china or silverware? Barbarians! After 8 years in the Marine infantry, my idea of camping is parking a SUV at the best hotel within 50 miles. I like comfort, if at all possible.
Hit a deer, so I gotta get the Explorer in for front end repair. may not be able to go, but I want to.

About 4 or 5 more have been talkin about goin in the past week!:noidea:

So far I know of at least 4 tents and a camper:

Bowman + Crew = 2 tents
Dredly = 1 large tent (4 man+ tent)
KboHunt = 1 tent
Smokes = Camper

I'm not sure if Jay Are is bringing a tent or what all RonHop is brining... I would book at least one more site, more space won't hurt.
