That's what you rich folk get for them rich man 's bows. STRO 04-09-2007, 05:10 PM Oh, my lord. That is a heck of a lot of money for just a quiver. That would cost more then the arrows and broadheads that it would hold. BUNNYMAN 04-09-2007, 06:08 PM Oh, my lord. That is a heck of a lot of money for just a quiver. BUNNYMAN 04-09-2007, 06:48 PM It seems like all of the manufacturers charge an arm and a leg for their quivers. they must think they are made of gold or something.....I wonder if quivers can be appraized??? 'SIN'ERGY 04-09-2007, 07:04 PM At least you can get one, Elite Synergy has holes for a two piece but as far as I know does not have a quiver available yet. Hopefully they get one out by hunting season.:noidea: Southernfryedyankee 04-09-2007, 08:33 PM MAYBE it comes with a built in winch to aid in the hauling of the deer out of the woods. BUNNYMAN 04-09-2007, 08:44 PM MAYBE it comes with a built in winch to aid in the hauling of the deer out of the woods. now that would be freakin awsome..... Ronhop 04-10-2007, 06:30 AM I still think somebody should develop a miniature nuclear reactor for heating up our favorite 'in-stand' food... Quiver ? Reactor ? Quiver ? Reactor ? This season I'm going to put my backpack and bow on a diet... And, a hip quiver might be part of that plan. Ron BowhuntnHoosier 04-10-2007, 02:42 PM I think the T-series is overpriced just like the Arrow Webs. I will be very happy to keep my Alpine Soft-Loc.:peace: bone collector 9615 04-10-2007, 05:10 PM right now I have the alpine softlock and have no problems with it's function as a quiver but, I have been thinking about trying somthing different to get the weight off the side of my bow. Bowman, you mentioned using a hip quiver. I was wondering how far you walk and what type of terrain you are on when you are hunting in. when I elk hunt I carry alot of weight and am about 7-12 miles in the back country, so I am not sure if this style would work for me.:noidea: BUNNYMAN 04-10-2007, 06:00 PM right now I have the alpine softlock and have no problems with it's function as a quiver but, I have been thinking about trying somthing different to get the weight off the side of my bow. That is beginning to be most of the northeast US. BUNNYMAN 04-10-2007, 08:35 PM That is beginning to be most of the northeast US. I would have to drive a couple hours away to get to a place where I could be 7 miles from a road..... 'SIN'ERGY 04-10-2007, 08:38 PM That would go for me as well! bone collector 9615 04-10-2007, 08:49 PM It is definitly not an easy way to hunt but it makes punching your tag that much sweeter. plus with elk, to get where they arent pressured really bad and still act like elk , it takes this type of effort to have a steady success rate. |
