I had a limb saver come off. I'm thinking no problem, I'll clean the old glue off with alcohol and use some double side tape. well it took the glue off and the finish coat on the limb.

I didn't check to see if it could be refinished. the limbs are black under the weave type finish and most of it is covered by the limber savers. at the time I was shooting it indoors and didn't want to change bows. it was a tough club league and I need ever advantage I could get. should have sent it off. 3rd place was the best I could do.

I used to build late model Mustangs for street/strip. A guy picked my brain about a clutch setup, then went and did the install himself. Got a call.........seems his clutch wouldn't disengage. Got the car in and guess what I found. There was so much red Loctite on the pressure plate bolts it ran onto the flywheel and glued the disc to it. :doh: :Cry:

So I guess excessive amounts of red Loctite and clutches.
