thanks for the response to the bowtech question...I just dont understand how the solo cams are slower and make more noise...according to the Bowtech website the solo cam is actually fatser that the Allegiance with the bianary cams??????

Solocams are fast. However, if the shooter has a shorter draw than 30", you will see a larger decrease in performance compared to a 2 cam bow. This is a generalization and exceptions do occurr.

I would not say that the 2 cams are faster,or slower.
If you look at the blacknight or any of the extremely fast bows,the design is either pushing no braceheight hardly at all or is very short in axle to axle,usually.
The sampson is fast because it is supporting 80 pound limbs.
The allegiance is 33" and is faster than the switchback by 10,but the same size bow in specs there close.Why?
