View Full Version : Pimped out Flashlight
SilentSniper 07-17-2007, 10:17 PM This was a link that was posted on AT a few months ago. I thought I would give it a try. Let me tell you this flashlight is unbelievably bright. It takes all but 5 mins to mod the flashlight. Picked up the bulb at Radio Shack, the flashlight at Home Depot, and the batteries at Wally World.

Here is the comparison of the original and the modded flashlight

All kidding aside I will post instructions if anyone ask.
Looks like the entire website is down. It'll be back up sometime.
SilentSniper 07-17-2007, 10:31 PM These flashlights are the small Eveready flashlights. They are about the same size as the minimags.

One of mine is working, the other not sooo much. The light bulb wasn't fitting into the base correctly so it was too close to the lens. they get really friggin hot and it melted the lens. Good thing it only cost me 4 bucks for a new flashlight though. And 1.29 for a new bulb....
Dredly 09-22-2007, 04:09 PM failure :frusty:
