Ok, being new to target shooting, what is a shot trainer? Any way I can see pics or anyone have a link to a site?

Basically it is a tube that bolts to you riser, and a plunger rod that attaches to your string. This allows you to shoot the bow, without shooting an arrow out of it. The plunger compresses air in the tube when you release the string.
