Sow down!!!! WHOOP!!

Took this very nice sow down this morning. Me and buddy were spot stalking and found this nice looking girl rootin' around. She's now at the processor getting worked!!

Hopefully this is just the "tune up" for the nearing bow season!!! Nothing like shotting at live targets to refine your shooting!

Nice pig! :thumb: I was driving about a 1/4 mile from my house yesterday and saw about 6 standing in the ditch.

We don't have wild hogs up here. Would be fun to have another animal to chase. But with the destruction they cause, I'm kind of glad their not here.

I'm not sure what's worse for the ground, cedar trees or hogs. They both just tear the ground apart!:Cry:

Love that hog meat

Ground hog is very good they feed on clesn plants and don't move alot, Tender meat.
It must be parboiled and skim off tha fat. Then we take it and put it in a roaster with taters, oinons, carrots and cererly salt pepper a touch of
rosemary and oregano. Chomp
