I have been looking forward to going to this seminar and meeting Dave Cousins ever since I got into this comp stuff.

Glenny-

He will take the time to answer any and all questions and even stay late into the night to help get someone shooting.

It was the best $250 I've spent.

Don't worry he won't have a problem working with anyone and some of the video he'll show you will blow you away, screw fletching clearance.

Do ya think he could help me with shooting under extreme pressure when shooting against Arrow1b?
oops.
I meant,
when shooting at national competition...?

He's tough, he shoots pins and smokes some of the comp guys! Especially down at Kishwaukee!

I was just wondering who you were? Sounds like you've shot at kish before? Did you shoot the first one this year and how did you do?

Dave used 2x4 with holes in it,set me back all the way into diapers and sent me home suckng my thumb.
I have been OVERHAULED.
I didn't realize what archery was until he came along, what a guy/he has a sense of humor too.
I am a hurting unit today,shot ?,1,000's of arrows.
He touched on tuning and technical aspects the first day.Everyone tore there shtuff apart.
We got into the form and shot execution on Sunday,I think it was way overwhelming for me.
He also had his buddy John Dudly show up to vamp on a few Mathews for us.A real treat to meet him,That dude had equipment strewn everywhere for a while.
I think to myself it was a priveledge to have him there helpin out.
If anyone ever gets a chance in there life to get a seminar with Dave Cousins....do it,you won't regret it.
Thanks to everyone who participated,Obsession Archery,Chris, all the staff.what a deal.

I know I'll definitely be attending one of these in the future... I've strictly been a bowhunter for all my years, but am really getting bit by the 3-D bug after seeing a friend tear it up. I ordered my first back-tension style release and bow that I'll specifically be using for 3-D this past couple months... After I have some time with it under my belt, I'll be looking to go to something like this for sure.

That price is awesome, too... I used to give tennis lessons for $20 an hour in the late 80's... so considering two full days of instruction by someone of Dave's caliber, I think it's a smokin' deal!
