I found this one by mistake, we were going to a billiards match and i had taken some venison I had cut for jerkey/chip steaks soaking a little bit of plain old vinegar and water. We decided to bread them with crushed up crackers, but bread crumbs work well also. If you have an outdoor deepfryier, it works best. Bread the strips, drop them in, and in under a minute they are ready.

What also works great for the breading (and I use this on chicken, pork chops etc) is croutons, like you use in salads. Roll them out with your roller til they're crumbs. You can get them in a variety of flavors to suit whatever your taste buds want for that day.
