This is very simple but its my favorite way to eat venison. Cut the meat into 1/2" cubes. Put about 3 cups flower add season salt in a bowl. I don't usually measure it out but this mix should be a light orange color. Add milk until you get a thick batter. Mix in the meat and then take out the battered cubes and deep fry them at 350 deg.'s. You might have to experiment a little on how much season salt you put in. They should be a golden brown and you can dip them in ****tail sauce. I usually use scrap meat from the hind-quarter but any tender meat is good.

I thought the idea behind shooting a doe is that she doesn't have balls? :noidea:

hehe sounds tasty, how long till they are fully cooked in the fryer?

It is like country fryed steak but the more you make the more the oil get burned the first batch is great second batch is good and the third batch is :humble: :lol: :lol: :lol:
