Currently, I use Carbon Impact Super Club 20/30 29" arrow for my 26# recurve bow. By the way, My friend just lend me 42# limb for trying but I'm not sure that I can use my arrow with 42# limb or not. Refer to Carbon Impact arrow chart, The arrow specification for this poundage is Super Club 30/40. If I use my arrow with this limb, what do I should aware of? Thanks

Verify that you are not shooting below 5 grains per pound. You want ot be safe. You can probably still shoot them. However, they will not fly the same with the heavier limbs. When choosing arrows, spine is more critical for recurve than it is for compound bows. The reason is that the arrow must flex when shot. If it does not flex properly, it will not fly as you expect it to.

Most of the things you need to weigh, and the charts that manufacturers publish refer to grains versus grams.

Ammo reloading scales are typically in grains. That is what I use.
