check out the ultratec i listed in the for sale section. doesn't exactly meet your requirements but it can get into your ranges if adjusted. Not sure what the benifits are to the XT3000 limbs as mine has the XT2000. Don't let the year fool you as to the reliability of this bow, it was hardly used.

I have a 03 Ultra tec 26-28" DL, 60-70 DW, XT 3000 limbs, Pro String- string and cables, 2 piece fuze quiver, your choice of whisker biscuit w/ B2 quick shot biscuit, or Golden key 2 prong drop-away, 7" X-ring stabilizer, tru-fire release. You would need a sight and arrows and you are ready to hunt.

DW max 65# It is more like a 55-65# bow.

I would like to get $350 with shipping to lower 48 states or $310 bare bow.
