    WAIT A SECOND.............the kid almost dies right????


    then they are video taping him as they let him ride his bike OUT INTO THE STREET.......

    that kid wont make it past 21.........
    I cut things up and split them down!

    We used to ride our bikes in the street, and ride in the bed of pickup trucks...I even ran with scissors once....

    It sounded like they didn't realize how deeply it penetrated. he pulled it out himself, and it was a "Small Cut".
    The leaking of Spinal Fluid, Blood, and or inflammation from a infection swelled up his left face bigtime. That could easily happen overnight, or in a few hours. He had a dirty antler jammed through his skull and into the brain, after all.
    He couldn't have been luckier about where it penetrated. That is where several regions come together, and it may have kinda slipped between them.
    Speech problems, voluntary movements of the eyes, and finger and hand coordination in things like writing are what may be affected. At his age he wouldn't have developed some of those muscular coordinations yet, like writing skills and complex speech.
    Time will tell. Lucky kid, that's for sure. Strange things happen with injuries like that.
