    Default Favorite knife

My favorite knife is made by Estwing, Yes the Estwing hammer company. I have had it since I was 14 I think. It was given to me by my friends uncle. he works there. I will try to put a picture on soon. Its one of those situations where I have had it so long that it is just hard to part with. Nothing special about it, I just like it. I was actually out hunting one afternoon early season and saw a guy walking to his stand he came over and it turned out to be my friends uncle we didnt even know that we hunted the same land( I had just got permission about a week before season). Low and behold there on his hip was the same knife I had on mine. We talked for a while and he told me I could use any of his stands as long as he wasnt in them. The man gives me a knife ten years ago and now he lets me use his stands if I want can you say Generous.

I have an old Parker-Frost that was made in 1978 and is #6. I carried this everyday while hunting until somebody told me how much it was worth, then it was put up in a display case. I now have an Old Timer with a gut hook. It has the rubber handle and holds an edge like you wouldn't believe. Also doesn't slip when the handle gets blood on it. Awesome knife for around $30.
