    Default Arrow nock advice needed

I feel my arrow nocks are always too tight I hear a twang when I shoot.I file the inside of the nock with sandpaper to loosen them up but this cant be consistent.I would like to hear what nocks people think are best or how to tell if nock fit is correct. When the nock is too tight it pulls the arrow and it hits low or too the left. Thanks for input Ed

You should be able to slide your arrow up and down the serving fairly easily when it's nocked. When your bow is held parallel to the ground with an arrow nocked a strong tap from your finger should dislodge it. If your nocks are too tight you can re-serve your string with a smaller diameter center serving. hope this helps.

You could try Bieter nocks, some of the best out there.
