Thread: Switchback LD

Well I went to the shop tonight to fling a few arrows and shoot the bull. Little did I know there would be 2 surprises there. The first one was the Prestige the fella that bought it loves it his DL is 27.5 @60# he is shooting 301fps and very accurately. The second was a Switchback LD . The shop owner has been shooting an ovation for a few years and wanted something new. Now he shoots fingers and was not sure if the LD would work, but wow he pulled it out of the box slapped on a WB and went out shot 4 arrows 3 in the 5 spot. He is only going to use it for hunting as he is going to keep his Blueberry Ovation for 3D. I have not shot a bow with fingers for years but even I thought it would be a pretty good bow for it. Both bows are excellent shooters. But I believe I'll stick with my XT she is doing me proud. Well thats enough excitment for one night. Later guys

We recently sold a Switchback LD. They guy absolutely loves it. His 300 league scores took a big jump after he got the new bow.

Hey frank, find out the wheight of those arrows he is shooting from the prestige for me. I may need a new 3-d bow....... If it shoots good and does 300 that would be awsome.....I cut things up and split them down!

Hey Adam, ok I will probably not talk to him again until next Monday though. I go back to work tommorrow 12hr shifts and 2 hour drive leaves little time for anything else.
This guy has many bows:
Thats just what I know of. Maybe I will be getting one from him before long he is talking of selling one of the 05 SB's. I wonder what a Prestige at 29" DL 70# DW and 350gr arrow will do? Hey how are things going with that Icon? Well later guys.

I could shoot w/a rope release off of the string and shoot it at 27.5 at 65# w/a minimum grain arrow and maybe be even faster....
What accesories does he have on the string...
And by all means get that 05 Switchback, you may like it better than the xt. I do.I cut things up and split them down!
