    Default planting a food plot today

    It is still awfully wet but I had to get at least one planted today.Season opens here in a couple of weeks,hopefully this will be a productive hunt spot.I just started back bowhunting and I probably wont pass up much. Good luck this season.

    good luck to you also oh brother of the bow.bust a doe for quality deer management sake.nothing eats better than an ol' nanny anyway.

    Default Should be a good year for food plots

    I hunt on a cattle ranch and food plots are not possiable. Good thing they plant a few fields in winter wheat for the cows. We have feeders and just place a strand of barb wire around them.
