    Exclamation Arrow Fletching Question?

I was wondering if anyone has had any issues with getting a descent offset using 4 inch vanetec vanes on easton axis fmj's. I have a Bitzenberger and have fletched 4 of my dozen and am gonna try to see how they fly. almost looks like they are straight to me. but if I put more offset into it the front of the vane doesnt contact very well. I was shooting Blazers and noticed I was getting Vane contact on my whisker biscuit. I hate the WB and would like to change rests but my wife is due on thurs. with our 1st child and buying a new rest is not really an option right now. I went with the 4 in. because they were out of white 3 in. I dont know Kinda not what I wanted to happen with opening day about 2 1/2 weeks away. Helpful comments or thoughts welcomed

When I was shooting 4" fletchings I used the red Bohning jig with the right helical clamp and it put one NICE helical on it too!!

I have switched to a WB rest and blazers now
