Default What do you eat when bowhunting?

I am just curious what everyone out there eats when they are out bow hunting? I find myself always getting hungry but never bringing any food as I am afraid the smell of the food will give me away. What works for you, or what have you heard?

    Thanks

I eat alot of granola type stuff, I like the nature vally bars the best. They have sweet and salty nut one with almonds, and one with peanuts, they also make awsom fruit & nut and apple cinnamon trail mix bars. Ill by about 5 or 6 boxes of these right before season starts, ill also get a few bags of candy bars, snickers and twix most of the time. I like the gronola type stiff the best, dosnt mely and make such a mess when it gets hot out.

pbnj. crackers, granola bars, chips, popcorn, apples ( don't know why I would bring an apple?! ) anything really. I never worry about spooking them, and if I do, ohh well, a bad day hunting beats a day at work anytime.

Cheese is filling, sticks with me, and doesn't make much noise. It doesn't pass through quickly, either. Some days I hunt the same tree all day. I use a pee bottle, but I'm not going to take a dump while in the tree. If I can limit myself to one or fewer trips down for that, I'm content.

Guess I'm not as hard core as some of you guys, I don't take anything since I head out of the woods and take a lunch break and return ahead of the evening rush hour!
