Pasta sauce ect.....
can crushed tomatoes and small can sauce
diced onion, green pepper, ****ake<<shtake mushrooms, garlic, zucchini, maybe artichoke hearts ect ect
crushed red pepper
little bit of sugar
saute up vegies in olive oil
add mato sauces and spices
mix with penne, rigatoni ect.
also could subsitute burger for hot italian venison sausage links, cook up and mix pasta and sauce, place in glass bake ware and put half in, sprinkle fresh grated parmesan, romano cheese and mozz. then layer more pasta/meat and top with cheeses and bake. MmmMMmmm
then take a loaf of french baquet cut in half, put olive oil and butter (can add flax,safflower also) in bowl with minced garlic and micro, then spread on bread and bake........

This is similar to a sauce I make, if you add a couple pinches of cinnimon, nutmeg and a splash of habenero tobasco.
