Moultrie I40 Customer Service A+
My I40 camera was knocked over by some cattle and then got water in it. The camera still took pictures, but the LCD screen was ruined.
I called Moultrie and they said it would cost $25 to fix it since it was not a warranty problem. Sounded fair to me so I sent it in with a letter describing what happened and a check for $25.
Well I got a box from Moultrie today and to my surprise they sent me a brand new I40 camera and returned my check to me.

The new no flash Moultree I40 is one great camera and takes excellant pictures. Bad thing is there selling so quick there none to be found in my area.

I had two for two failures with their electronic scent dispencers. Very poor quality. They wouldn't warranty either of them(my fault) because I fixed them myself, but they failed again shortly after that. I don't trust their quality at all. I won't buy from them again.
