    Default out of tune ?

I was tunning a Hoyt oasis bow for a friend when I notice one side of the limbs was out by a quarter inch. he wanted to keep the floating yoke. so I tuned it and got it shooting a good bullet hole which surprised me. I'm wondering if this will effect the accuracy. has any one else run into this problem. ata on one side was 44" the other side was 44 1/4"

If the shelf side is longer that would be correct.
