I'm going to look hard at a Bowtech Captain or Sentinel in January for 3D next year. I wont buy before then though. I need to get rid of a few.

I will probably get both the '09 Martin Firecat and '09 Firehawk.
I'm going to try to get them customized with black risers and Mossy Oak Treestand camo limbs.

    Default I am thinking...

For my next bow... '09 Martin Firecat, '09 Martin Warthog, '09 Elite GT500 or perhaps the '08 Elite GTO.

If Martin keeps fudging on thier weights, I am gonna head out of the Martin Camp. My Cheetah is a tank compared to the '08 GTO

Are you talking draw weight or mass weight?

I have noticed my Firecat is much heavier with a sight, rest, quiver and arrows, and all the silencer doo dads.
J/K I never weighed my bare Firecat to see what it measured in mass weight.

Next week's paycheck goes for a new BowTech Admiral if it's in then. I ordered it last Saturday so we'll see. I ordered the standard camo also. I shot all the '09 BowTechs he had and decided on the Admiral over the Captain. I really like short bows for hunting and I thought the Captain was top heavy.

As Peter Cottontail said, mass weight. Even with no quiver, smaller sight, etc. the Cheetah stills feel heavy.

Between the '08 Elite GTO and the '07 Cheetah, both advertised a very similar weights, the GTO is a feather compared the my Martin. I have read complaint after complaint about Martin is very misleading on thier advertised weights and speeds.
