Default ROSS Shooters, Question for Ya

I recently bought a Ross CR337 and talk about a smooth shooting machine. One thing I did find out after I bought it, is it won't fit in my bow case. So I'am in the market for a new case. Now this is a 37 inch bow but has a long riser. Thought about taking it up to Cabelas to fit it but wanted to get some ideas before I went. So if there are and Ross shooters out there let me know what your useing.

    Default case

    Hey MoBowman,

That Ross you have will fit fine in one of the cheap $30 Plano clamshells. I used to also put it in an silver hardside case from Cabala's, but that case is a little more $$$, I think it was around $160.

The top loader case that was picture on the thread on the mowhitetails site would not work for me. Steve at Adrian Archery and I tried several cases for it. The clamshell Plano was the best fit of the stock of cases he had on hand.

Beagleboy6, didn't know you visited this site I just love the Ross, nice and smooth, spent this morning out at the range really getting it sighted in FINALLY. Everyone has found ways to keep me busy and this was the 1st chance I was able to get out and really shoot. It won't fit in the case that I used for the Martin and the question others raised got me to wondering what would be the best case. Glad to see you here also, really good group of archers here
