Default Is Mathews new 360fps bow a crossbow?

Would not surprise me at all. Crossbows are getting very popular.

My understanding Barnsdale is doing alot if crossbow limbs.

Will now have a two cam bow in the regular Mathews bows? Interesting.

    I think its possible...but not likely....why I think this way :

their add claims fastest/most efficient ever... well I think bowtech has a cross bow that is pushing 400...maybe wrong...

Here is what i think the bows are:

the 340 fps I feel with 98% certaintee that its a one camer because of the picture of the Idler wheel

the 360....if the hint in the 340 add is any indication, then the double eyes could indicate that the 360 is infact a bianary/two cam system...or it could just be Mean/evil eyes for its speed....

I hope the bows come in shootable ata and brace heights....hopefully 36 ata min, and 6.5 brace min...but well see in a few days...

More and more states are changing laws for crossbow hunting. IL changed it from having a doctor proven disability to just needing to be 55 years old or older to legally hunt with a crossbow during bow season. Several of my friends literally ran out and bought one last season when the law changed. Their hunting season(s) went from 7 days total to almost 3 and a half months as a result. It would be easy to see crossbow sales increase considerably because of the changes.

We have no Idea what cam system will be on the new bow. I would like to find out what exactly Inner-cam is, a fancy name for binary/cam 1/2 or something new all together?

The "mean" eyes I believe are going to be a hint at the name of the bow more than anything as in Monster or Monster XLR8.

We will all know in around 7 days for sure but I am 98% sure it won't be a crossbow.

Inner cam sounds like 2 seperate cams on one axle so they can still call it a solocam......

Yeah, you might be onto something there.

There's a TON of Mathews Solocam neons, t-shirts, hats, hoodies, and probably underwear out there. I'm sure they would not want to cut into their sponsorship budget to need to re-merchandise and market a new technology... Or they chould just append an 's' to the end of Solocam...

Solocams... Sounds good to me and most people will not even know the difference in the marketing...

    Default Mathews

Heck I'll throw my guess in the ring too..
I'm saying the 340'ish bow will be a very low brace height Solocam bow, around 6" or less and probably a 33" AtoA length and some heavy preloaded limbs "think X-Force".
The other bow in the 360'ish range, I'm thinking Mathews is gonna do something like a single cam binary style cam "if they can figure that out" so it'll still have an idler wheel on top but the cam will be some sort of a dual track binary system...Who knows how the cable setup would work on that though, I'm not smart enough to figure it out.
Either that or it'll be a straight up binary style cam that Mathews will re-name and re-market to make all the fanboys believe that they have come up with something new that no one else has ever thought of. Kinda like they did with the limb pockets on the Drenalin....Well all know PSE had that before Mathews but Mathews made it seem like they invented it and everyone fell for it. I'm also saying the 360'ish bow will be a low brace height, somewhere in the 5.5" to 6" range. It's hard to get those speeds out of a bow with a 7" brace height.
