    Default almost

I shoot VX 22HV's for 3d sometimes. I love them. Mine are V1's, but my experience with Victory is that the V5's are pretty darn good too.

Has anyone tried the victory vx-22 v1's? The dealer I have always bought my carbon xpress linejammers started raising prices and not been the nicest to visit with. Just wondering if they were as good or better. I don't have a dealer here for victory shafts.

they are good arrows....you'll like them

cut both ends prior to cutting your final length...should be just as straight as the more expensivie ones....

Incorrect. Although they may be similar products, they are not made in the same place and are not made by the same people.

I have only had 2 doz. Victories come through the shop, but from what I saw the specs were not very good on them especially in the straightness dept. and that was after I had cut from both ends of the arrow. Just my very limited experience with them.

WRONG..Victory used to make Gold Tips..Please get your facts straight..The Victory shafts are now made in USA..The GT's are being made in Mexico as of 2-3yrs. ago
Now if you are saying, that the Vapors are GT's maybe so..

Let's just say this....there is more to the story than most know. I have a long association with Goldtip and I am also a member of their professional shooting staff. I have also worked in the archery industry and have a little bit more working knowledge of the true facts, but that is not the point I was trying to bring up. The goldtip carbon is rolled in mexico, but the manufacturing process, sorting, labeling etc etc etc is done in Utah. I was pointing out that Victory arrows are not made in the same place by the same people....Victory makes their own arrows and Goldtip makes their own arrows...thought I made that clear.

    For 3-D last year I shot the VX-22Hv V-1's
They shot very nice and were very durable!
Didnt lose any to damage! Lost some pin nocks and bushings from banging, but all the shafts survived a 3-D season!
May shoot them again this year, but also have some XringerHv 350 V-1's that I want to try for 3-D as well.
But the VX-22Hv's are great shafts!
