From what I understand, Escalade sports bought out Jennings a while back....the same company that manufactures the Bear bows. I have a very old, and very nice Jennings Arrowstar target bow that was made before escalade bought out Jennings, and its a top quality bow.....I would say now-a-days the Jennings bows measure up somewhere with the Bear bows, after all they are made by the same company. Never shot a new jennings or bear so I couldn't really give you an input on the Reliant.....As for the Ross and Diamond, they're both made by Bowtech and are excellent bows, can't go wrong with either one......
