    Default Best exercise for the Archer

    Defiantly works ever thing. Seems to be helping my shoulders. Dont over do it. Use great form. Try these maybe ever other day.

    Three or four sets of ten.

    Stretchs the back which we all need more.
    Works all the bidy parts we use for pulling a bow on the upper body.

    Great tip DB. Thats one of my favorite exercises. I will also do it with 2 dumbbelss too to help strenghthen the stabilization muscles.

    Do you guys have any exercises for when you are perfectly stable and locked on the wrong part of the target?
