I was all set to head out on the 3rd, walked through the door last friday to find a jury summons.

Called the clerk to tell her I had previous plans out of state, put me on hold, comes back and pretty much tells me I'd better show up on the 2nd and take my chances like everybody else.

Since the hotel reservation isn't in my name, I'm pretty much hosed.

There are six of us (that I know of) from KC coming. We travel cheap and try to share as much of the costs at possible.

Those semi-pro and pro entry fees are too rich for my blood. I was shooting unlimited, but went to open A this year. Trying to get used to a scope and the open set up. Seeing that extra movement with the magnification set off some release issues so last week I bought a three finger release (target 3) to replace the old index trigger release I've shot forever. It's been a little rough but I'm still going!
