    Default Have you ever noticed...

Sometimes the bow feels like an extension of your arm, like you can use it as effortlessly, and as comfortably as your own hand. Sometimes though, it feels like it just doesn't fit in your hand well. Grip looks right, form feels right, but the bow just doesn't feel just right in your hand.

    maybe it's just me?

I always struggle on the score card when things don't feel right. I do have terrible carpal tunnel from braidng slings everyday of my life. Maybe it's a medical thing?

well, it very well could be. I've been battling arthritis in my hip for several years and some days, i should just stay home..it affects my whole body.
But i dont, i go and stink up the 3d course, and just chalk it up to good days and bad days.. and bad days are better than sitting at home.

i compare it alot to golf, which I use to do alot of. Some days you get to the course and things are just feeling good. Your swing feels right, your stance feels right and you are seeing the path of the ball perfectly. Those are the days when you don't feel like you have to put forth any effect to shoot a good round.

Then there are days when you can tell from the moment you put your shoes on in the parking lot that something is off. On the practice green you just can't get comfortable, your grip seems off, and your mind is jst not seeing what its suppose to see. Those are the days when it feels like everything is forced. Those days you don't score as well as you should.

    It's not just you.
I bought my 82nd a year ago and I had a hard time... For a long time.
Then I really just beared down and shot that thing until I was blue in the face.
Now that's bow is like a well worn in pair of jeans.

That thing and I learned to like each other....

Hey Ben if your are trying to decide wether or not to have the surgery, I can speak from experience, you will be so happy in the long run, that you did it, I was back out hunting in a little less than a month!

and to answer your original question, YES I have had those days......
I cut things up and split them down!
