    Default Tuning Question

    Hello all,

I've been shooting since May, and Iím currently shooting Portsmouth rounds indoors with a Hoyt GM recurve.

Last night I scored 439, not my best score but my grouping was excellent. The problem was the group was developing about 12cm right of the gold. So during the rest of the evening I wound my sight in expecting my grouping to move over into the gold. It didn't. The person i was sharing a boss with suggested my pressure button might be too soft, Iím right handed BTW. Does anyone have any comments for or against this piece of advice or might i be caused by something else?

Vertically everything is Good, it's just the horizontal positioning that's letting me down.

Thanks for helpng and a Happy New Year,
    Chocks

sounds like you just need to move your sight. If your shooting a tight group your tuning should be fine. Try bare shaft tuning your bow to be sure.
