    Default 5 in the white

I reached a mile stone yesterday. I got my first five in the white with 2 x's on a 5 spot target at 20 yards. I know that it might not be all that big of a deal to some of you but I just started shooting last september. I'm just pshyced about it thats all so I had to share.

    Congradulations.

Archery is a two step process.

Step 1 - learn to shoot an X

    Step 2 - repeat step 1

It sound like you have step 1 accomplished. From my experience, step 2 is a little harder.

    Keep it up,
    Allen

Your form looks good, just remember to relax the bow hand fingers.

You've been working really hard. Keep at it, you can see the work is starting to pay off, keep it up.

Great. Job. It's all about baby steps.

I try and set a new goal every week unless I didn't meet the previous goal. Then I work to it.

    My current goal is a 300 36x.

I almost had it tonight but dropped a point on the last end.

I started by just trying to get them all on a target. Then all in the white. Then I started trying for no 23s. Then once I met that started for at least 2Xs each end. And so on. Maybe one day I'll be shooting for a 300 60X with no outside Xs. lol
