Default Every dog finds a bone every now and then!

Had a fun time shooting at 12 ring archery. Made the shoot down when all was done by winning the Seniors class. It all came down to one shot for a 14 ring at 37yrds. I nailed it. Man I was nervous and still in shock from hitting it.
Won a beautifull belt buckle and $236.00. Woo Hoo. Help pay for that Paris trip. Actually spit it with the wife for supporting me in archery

Want to thank Art Brown in the picture on my left. He constantly pushes me and encourages me constantly along with Quest. Without some of my shooting partners I would not be the shooter I am today.

Thanks Dean(Pictured) in the picture below. and Chad at 12 ring Archery for putting on an awesome shoot. Chad will be putting some pictures on later today or this eventing.

    Default Fairness to Art Brown

My stake (Senior Class or old farts)was closer than the open class stakes. I was shooting 37yrds and his was 44yrds. Art shot excellant all day from the back stakes.

He made me bow up and shoot. In the shoot down we shot five arrows all tens and went to sixth arrow for the 14 ring.

Lords know I have signed more five dollar bills to Art than I care to mention.

Nice shooting DB! $236 and a nice belt buckle at a local shoot, now that is awesome. Sounds like an awesome shoot put on by 12 Ring Archery.

Congratulations DB! You must have felt like you were walking on air when you hit that 14 ring when it mattered! Great shooting!

I honestly was shocked and relieved. Those shoot downs wear a fella out.
Just keep saying stay with your shot process.

I think the wind got him a few times. Always fun shooting with Jame.
Glad I was trying to shoot a BT release in that wind. Art shot a thumb trigger in the shoot down.

Way to go DB good shootin man,you 3 guys in the shootdown all good guys and great shooters, i wanted to go to this shoot so bad but we had our own thing going on but anyway great shooting.
CHAD & DEAN ALWAYS SET UP A KILLER RANGE AND LOOKS LIKE THEY DID AGAIN.
This is a great place to shoot wish we were alittle closer to each other so you guys could come to our range more often and us go down to you guys.

It was challenging and great terrain to set a range to challenge the archer.
Oklahoma has some premier 3d ranges around. I know the hard work you guys do to provide us with excellant ranges. Im going to set Lukes range to set it up for archers. I try to drive and support them all and you guys certianly always do a fine job as well. Cant wait for the state shoot. Its going to be a dandy.
