Switchback vs. allegiance
I have to say I'm speechless.
I was completely shocked in both bows.
We had both at 29" at 69.5 pounds, and setup with whiskers and loops just how they come out of the box.
The allegiance was a little faster by 8 fps.with a 451 grain arrow,it was at 280 fps through the crono.
The mathews was at 272.and zilch for handshock.
Both drew like a dream but the binary system seems to me as if it was easier to let down.
The handshock on the allegiance was so minimal that one sims module probably would do the job, just incredible.
If you are tryin to make up your mind on which bow to buy, seeing one is better than the other forget it.
They are both 2005 hunting bows to be recognized and appreciated.
They get my award for the hunting short bows of the year and man are they smoking............ FAST.
