    Unhappy national archery supply, winnipeg

    anyone know anything about these people?? placed a order over a month ago. told me my crossbow was shipped but didn't supply any shipping info....not answering my e-mails, phone lines not being answered, can't leave message cause bank is full....I must not be the only one having problems...wud appreciate any info to h elp get my crossbow or my money back...

    Please say you used a credit card. If you did contact the card company and give them all the info. A similar thing happened to me when buying a speaker. It took about 5 months for the credit card company to sort things out but I got my money back. Too bad there are some real shady people out there. Good luck, I hope things work out.

    I just received a hefty order from them. I've dealt with them several times over the years. They do tend to suffer from back orders quite a bit however. Communication is sometimes not the best. They're great if you're not in a hurry.

    Placed order for 2 doz carbon arrows on 12-5-09 for grandsons Xmas gift. Its been 22 days, so I sent them a email I recievied an auto reply that said they would get back with me in 24 to 48 hrs, it's been 5 days now & no reply & no arrows, getting worried. This makes 2 orders FIRST & LAST.

    I've never dealt with this company, but problems like these are why I don't deal with anyone outside of the USA!
