    Talking back tension

    I need some help on back tension releases, I am serious about learning. but I do not understand how to get started in order to practice? in what direction do I need to move my elbow or back muscles.I want to practise at home with some string. I need someone to please help me.

    I suggest that you get Larry Wise's book Core Archery.

    It's about the best introduction to back tension available short of a good coach.

    Great article - well written - great explanation of the details - couldn't put it down. Gotta go practice now! Looks like this would be a good daily routine to practice.
