Default How cold is it where you live?

Too cold to shoot, so post some stuff on the internet. Just check the weather in the towns where my spiritual and technical advisers live and wonder what they do on a day like this. Muskogee and Pocola, OK, 17 degrees and the hot spot is Waco, 20 degress. El dorado, AR 18.-----What did retired people do before the internet? After solving my bow press dilemma, with the help of forum friends, I will have to find another crisis to solve. Borrowing a quote from The Grumpy Santa, " I just love the internet"

Cold enough were ice fishing a moving river

It's been cold but were built to handle it up here. -20 Saturday morning for this duck hunt we did. Got frozen in. Had to pack our gear out on foot. Boats and motors had to be stashed in the bush. Pretty extreme

Been in the teens and 20's mostly here lately, today felt a little balmy at about 30 this AM. I did join a couple of friends at a duck blind after i got out of work this morning, and I actually got one! Rare for me.
