Default How often do you replace nocks?

On your 3D or spot shafts?

I tend to change them every league change or as they get slapped and destroyed.
Be good or be good at it.

I usually buy plenty extra. I inspect and change mine often. (Pin Nocks)
I like for my nock to snap on the string. Anything close to loose gets removed. 3d you lose alot of nocks to being hit from arrows.

I agree, I like the knock to snap on the string. And during 3D season I go through a lot of pin knocks.

At a minimum before every tournament, then double check the arrows on the Hooter Shooter.
