    Default Physical Therapy

    hey guys today i finally went to physical therapy for my back pain. when i get there, the doctor ended up being a bowhunter himself so he knew exactly what i did. turns out i did infact over do it with my bow and realy strained sum muscles but in the good side, i can still hunt!! he said if i do my stretches like i should, i should be good as new in a month or 2. wish me luck

    take it easy and listen to your doctor.....you will be good as new in no time....then we can all get together and have a little 3-d shoots.......3d tournament.....
    I cut things up and split them down!

    good luck and listen to your doctor. Its hard to admit but sometimes they know what their talking about.
