    I agree with Javi, most serious target shooters I've met use the blade rest he uses. I'm not a serious target shooter but I am serious hunter. I used a Limbdriver until I made my own micro adjustable limb driven style rest. I also seem to group best with a slight nock high left paper tear.

    If you're asking me, it's a Limb Driver, hands down.

    I shot the Limb Driver last summer but just set up my new target bow with a Trophy Taker spring steel II and I must say that I really like the way it performs.

    the trophy takers (with the lizard toung style rest) are pretty popular around my club for the target bows.
