Default what model is my bow?

hey, i'm 17, just started getting into bow hunting, and i'm using my dads bow from about 20 years ago, and he got it used. but its been painted on so i don't know what model it is, i'm just curious if anyone might be able to help me?..... i do know that it's a PSE and that its a 55-60 poundage, and the cams are mounted in brackets that are attached to the bow, not directly to the bow like pretty much all other bows?

    thnx, young-gun

I don't or didn't know all the bows from that era, but the wheels are attached with metal brackets. This was some of the technology used back in the 70's; like 30 to 40 years ago. The fact that the riser appears to be like that of my old PSE Citation Elite would lead me to believe it's from about 1978 to 1980. What model I couldn't tell you as I never had any dealings with bows with metal brackets on the limbs.

No offense, but it sounds like a real piece of crap that I don't think you are safe using.

Anyone have anything decent this kid could try?
