Exclamation looking for a bow that is not that expensive

I am looking for a bow with parallel limbs, whisker biscut, string stopers, 70 to 80 percent let off, 3 pin sight, and string scilencers. if you have any good deals that are from about $200 to $400 that would be great thank you
