Just a note to say the people at Parker are great.
I had a consern about a bow i just bought "Buck Shot".
Doug in the tech dept. was very polite and helpful.
Offered to ship another bow to my Local Pro shop pronto to make sure I got it before Christmas, and the only problem with the bow I bought was a misprint on the bow spec label that is placed on the limb.
It reads 20-30lb. and the bow is 30-40lb.
It is an X-Mas present for my daughter, he also said if after Christmas it is not the proper weight for her to take it to the Proshop and he will ship another one of the proper weight.

Parker has customer service second to none. There are a few companies that could take some lessons from them.
Hope you get this all worked out with the bow. I never thought of the sticker being wrong. It rarely happens.
Hope your daughter likes her present. You're a good dad.

Thats great. good luck with it, sounds like they will take good care of you!! Thats kinda hard to find these days.

Great to hear of this kind of customer service. My son has not had any issues with his Buckshot but it is nice to know Parker will stand behind their product. Thanks for the info. And I just know your daughter will love her new bow.
