    Default Easton Full Bores

Anyone use these for 3d. What have been your experiences with them, and what length, point wt. etc. would you recommend for this arrow.

real good 3d shafts, Hi priced, weight in the nose, I would say 100 gr min in the nose for a 30 in draw. cut 28.5-29" carbon to carbon. The bushing and easton G nock are great, lots of good vanes out there. Dura vane fusions work good, stay away from the new neon versions.

Some of the local shoots they stretch out the yardages so how do you think they would perform out in the 50 - 60 yd range.

they are a specialy 3D shaft and 3D is shot out to 50 yds max per ASA and IBO. they are excellent max dia shaft. if You want to shoot NFAA field or Fita, they arent the best choice. They arent a hunting shaft.

No only for 3D and for indoor. We get issues with the wind as well so that was another concern I had, but cant have everything.

The full bores are stiff, the XXX GTs are super stiff . The easton full bores will allow you to get away with less weight in the nose( foc ) especially longer draw archers.

Thanks guys for the input and I am going to go with the full bores, and put 150 grn in the front for vegas and 100 grn in them for 3D. My draw is 30 inches so what length would you say.

No joke. You could use XXXs as a rebar replacement in concrete.

If your shooting 60lbs or so you probably won't even need 150 grains. Those arrows aren't that stiff they are only a .350 spine. So if 100 grain works outside fine it will work inside fine.
