    Do you glue them in or not? and if so can i use super glue??

    Use hot melt glue on your inserts

    I like hot melt, that way I can always remove them if needed.

    I dont have a hot melt gun.. Is there anything else i can use??

    you dont really need the gun, you could just buy the hot melt sticks and use any flame to heat them.

    Wonder if there would be a chemical reaction with the foam and the super glue....

    Try it and let us know...
    I cut things up and split them down!
