Default What arrows are you using for 3d?

I am using Beman Speeds, 340 spine, S nock, with super swifts (1.87"). The arrows weigh 358gr. I am curious what others are using.

the IBO organazation still allows the no speed limit rule. but i go by the asa tournament rules around here cause theres more asa shoots than ibo in my area.
